I couldn't solve the negative stress in the foundation. Also, due to the relative storey drift, the columns, especially S8, grew and the quantity It's too much. Is there a point I missed?
 
If the negative stress is in the combination containing 0.9 G and at the same time the maximum positive stress formed in this combination is below 50% of the ground bearing strength, do not pay much attention. However, if your ground stresses from a vertical load are unbalanced, review the carrier system.
 
Yes, as you said, it is in 0.9G state and it does not exceed 50%. But I normally get the relative error in the y direction, especially in S8, the column approached the curtain. It seems like the system wants to return to the curtain, but there is no room to put more, on the ground shop, 3 floors, 570m2, 26tons on the floor. It didn't seem like it would make much difference if we solved it with the reinforcement curtain.
 
Hello. My suggestions: The coordinates given as a template are seen in the project. The solution was made by taking the Eskişehir-Tepe head coordinates and arranging the column, curtain, raft plate and floor. Please check. If the ground bearing strength value you have given is correct, the ground is too low because it is ZE. I entered ground bearing capacity qt=16.5 t/m2 but it saves. (There is a small negative value.) In this case, the soil bearing capacity value should be increased to 16.5 t/m2 by making soil improvement. If the ground value you entered is the ground safety stress as before, it is approximately 11*2.5/1.4= 19.6 t/m2 comes out, which is enough for you. Please check. The project is attached. First of all, thank you, Unver, I will edit the coordinates last, the values are the values of those coordinates. The ground value will be the carrying capacity and improvement. But the version is not 10.05, I think the project does not open.

Thank you Ünver, but unfortunately we cannot do ampatments. One of the curtains is for the entrance of the building and the other is for the shop. and the roof enters the apartment a lot. Also, there is not much economy in the equipment. Thanks again for taking the time to review. Good work.
