excess reinforcement

Hello friends, in the image I shared, my S04 polygon column receives 25 reinforcements in the basement, while the upper floors receive 10. My other column like this saves with 14. Am I making a mistake somewhere? Is it that much of a difference?

Hello. I'm having the same problem. For example, I have a 35x150 column. 26 reinforcements are placed on the upper floors, while 46 reinforcements are placed in the basement.
