Does Retaining Wall Carry Vertical Load?

Hello. I have an industrial structure project. Is the steel column anchor joint on existing retaining walls statically safe? In other words, we will apply a vertical load to the support. Is it statically safe? Does the program do the solution? Thank you.
 
Hello, in the program, retaining walls are elements independent of the structure. They do not dissolve with the structure and do not take load from the carrier elements and do not transfer loads. Good work
