Deformation (Sheim)

First of all, hello everyone! I'm designing a water tank, but when building the first 3 floors in the picture, the deformation values are low, but the deformation values increase to a large extent when it is two more times above it. What are your suggestions for this? Can we ignore the extreme deformation on the top floor ? By the way, I can't assign the project because it is in demo version! Best regards.
