Curtain tipping moment

In the project designed as hollow floor slab, when the option to consider the contribution of tie beams (nv) which does not meet the 1/3 condition in the shear overturn moment calculation option is not selected, it gives the overturn moment error in the picture, but when this option is selected, I do not encounter this moment overturning error. Is it healthy if I select this option in my project and not get this error? ? attached in my project file.
