Curtain head reinforcement does not beat

Hello In the project, the head reinforcements on the screens P017 and P016 are not discarded by the program. However, I can manually adjust it left and right. So what's the reason? Flooding is also not selected.

Hi, the height of the P016 and P017 curtains is 750 cm throughout the building from the top of the rigid basement floor. The length of the curtains in plan is 465 cm. Since 750/465=1.61<2, end zones are not created as per the regulation.
