Dear forum administrators, I am getting a cut safety error on a curtain of more than 4m length defined as curtain group in my project. I removed the curtain that I had an error with and created an alternative frame system, but this time the elevator curtain, which did not give an error in the first project, gives the same error. I am uploading both files as project 1 and project 2. I am waiting for your help in correcting the error according to project 1, which is suitable for the architectural project. Good luck...

Hello, The cutting force in the projects exceeds the Vmax limit value. Curtain width/length can be enlarged. (Increasing the size of the curtain wall, especially the length of the curtain wall, will increase the stiffness of the curtain wall and the shear force of the curtain. It may not always be a solution.), higher strength concrete can be used, arrangements can be made in the carrier system to reduce the shear force on the curtain, etc. (New curtains can be added to the system, the dimensions of other carrier elements can be increased, etc.) There is a lack of stirrups on a curtain in PROJE_2. This situation can be eliminated by increasing the stirrup diameters, but the above-mentioned solution methods should be considered in case of exceeding the limit value. Note: You have chosen your slab finite element widths too large. If there is a floor curtain in the final analysis, we recommend that the raft foundation finite element widths are reduced (for example, 25 cm) and analyzed. Good work.
