hello. friends, in my project, I have a cutting safety problem in the elevator curtain. I am using ide 8.61 in the basement floor, I could not solve how much I increased the size of the curtain.

By adding shear curtains to the appropriate places in your project, you can save them by reducing the shearing forces. Although you have chosen a mixed system, your AlphaS ratio is in the Y direction of 0.27. If you want to solve a mixed system, you should add curtains in Y direction. In other case, you need to solve for high ductility. Also, you got R=6.99. You should choose this R coefficient according to the table below. The value you get now does not comply with the regulations. Also, you used 5% calculation and section tolerance. I recommend not to use it. You are using version 8.61, I suggest you to update to version 8.62.

Due to the situation you specified, you need to change your design, add curtains and increase the dimensions. You can change the tolerance values in Analysis Settings -> Load-Security section. Calculation reinforcement and section control tolerance is at the discretion of the engineer.The analysis results are tolerated at the rate entered here.To be on the safe side, take this value as 0
