Coefficient problem in calculating concrete value in Risky Building Analysis

For the risky structure analysis, the concrete strength, which is 12.85 Mpa, is seen as 10.8 in the control parameters. Since the knowledge level is minimum, it should be 12.85*0.9= 11.56 Mpa. What is the cause of this problem?

In this case, the current material strength defined by the user in the building tree is multiplied by the Knowledge level coefficient specified in Risky Building Regulation Table 4.1. Concrete strength defined in the Building tree in your project is 12.85Mpa. When the risky building analysis is made, it appears as 12.85*0.9=11.565 Mpa in the risky building analysis report.
