Is it possible for me to design this roof system ideally? Can you help with combinations?

You have already designed it. This model you entered is correct. You can place small steel columns on the reinforced concrete columns and connect these profiles to the reinforced concrete column. You can model other combinations by using welded or other combinations as you see fit.
