Can we change the sprout sizes?

hello, the length of the shoot is determined by the regulation according to whether it is in the foundation or in the column or according to the part embedded in the foundation, but in order to reduce the amount of waste; For example, can I raise a 160 cm sprout to 171 manually? (from the regulation to the plus side) or can we define a 3.9-meter longitudinal reinforcement that can come out in the column as 4 meters? thanks
 
Hello, In the General Reinforced Concrete Parameters dialog, it is possible to intervene in the Column/Shear anchor reinforcement lengths. Good work
