There is no any section about stiffness modifier under vertical loads in Ts500 . But Turkish sismic code new version 2017 and ACI . ETABS also has this functionality about Stifness modifiers.
Normally you dont need to change this settings, leave them unchecked but if you think that beam may crack under the related to loads, you may reduce modules of elasticity or moment of inertia.
