BEAM-CURTAIN-FOUNDATION

First of all, good evening, I had a few questions as a new learner of İdecad statics... I provided a previously drawn architectural and static project and, looking at the architecture, I drew the static project, then I compared the static project I had drawn with the static project I had. For example, in the project I drew, I made a 50/32 beam, but in the other project I made 70/32, in the same way, I made the console 80/32 in the place with a 1.5-meter balcony, but in the current project it was 150/32, so when I analyzed it, 80/32 saved I asked the friend who drew the project, why did you do this, and his answer was "I have guaranteed myself". 1-) Rather than saving himself, is there a rule for this, that is, is there a ratio with the open or with the console??? because the system accepts 80/32 as well as 150/32, so why would I choose 150/32? (If your answer is TS500 or EARTHQUAKE regulation, please tell me, because I couldn't find it). 2-) in the same way, according to what will we give the proportion of the dimensions in the continuous foundation, what is the ratio according to the soil safety and according to the earthquake zone? In what cases is the apartment drawn? 3-) I draw 180/25 curtains in the same project, but since the beam passes through the middle, it divides it into two, there are two separate curtains, it gives an error in the analysis. why is that ?

LOOK, ENGINEERING-ARCHITECTURE IS NOT TO GUARANTEE YOURSELF, THIS IS VERY WRONG. FIRST, HEALTH AND SECURITY, THEN ECONOMY, FINALLY THE VISUAL (AESTHETICS) I HAVE BEEN AN IDE USER FOR 16 YEARS, I HAVE MADE NEARLY 3000 ARCHITECTURAL - STATIC PROJECTS UP TO NOW, I KEPT THESE PRINCIPLES AT THE HIGHEST PRINCIPLE OF THE OAKÜYENDİ SUPPOSITION, DATAKİHÜ DABİÇİÇİ THE CONSTRUCTION YOU BUILD MAINTAINS ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE AND WE DELIVER THE PRICE PAID TO US. Hello, The beam splits the panel object , indicates that it is connected to the panel. The important thing is that the names of both parts of the panel divided by the beam are the same. Also, can you write what error you gave in the analysis and add a sample project?

There are curtains in the system and the R coefficient is greater than 7 warning. Do you have any information about my other questions?

If the shear force ratio to the curtains is greater than 0.75 as per the regulation, the R coefficient is 10-4alfas Item 2.5.2.1 and item 2.5.2.2 In the General Report of the Earthquake Code, shear force (alphaS) values on the shear walls and 10-4*alphaS values are printed -High ductility level The minimum cross-section conditions of the beams are given in article 3.4.1 of the Regulation, and information is given in Ts 500 article 10.4.2 regarding the continuous basic design principles.

Regulation If the shear force ratio to the curtains is greater than 0.75, the R coefficient should be calculated with the formula 10-4alfas. Article 2.5.2.1 and item 2.5.2.2 In the General Report of the Earthquake Code, shear force (alphaS) values on the shear walls and 10-4*alphaS values are printed.[/quoteteşüerler Levent Bey

Ts 500, Ts498 I looked at these, but they were explained so heavily that I could not fully understand. Please help me, I would appreciate it. Is there no rule, that is, does it have a ratio with the opening or a ratio with the console??? because the system accepts 80/32 as well as 150/32, so why would I choose 150/32?
