Animation compression settings

Hello, I'm a user of 7.022. I want to create animation in my project, but I have no knowledge about video compression settings. As far as I researched, there is no documentation about it. The duration of the test animation I made is 5 seconds and its size is 270 mb in full frame uncompressed setting. More than one compression option appears (like Intel, Microsoft). Whichever of these options I choose, my file size will be reduced while maintaining the quality. There are also compression ratios in these options, and I don't know exactly what they do.
