Adjusting the floor height

Friends, how can I define different floor heights on the same floor. Let's say on the 1st floor, the floor height of one part of the building is 3.5 meters and the floor height is 2 meters in the other part of the same floor. How can I define this different situation on the same floor. The part that is 2 meters is 1 meter higher, therefore, when we look at these floors, the ceilings of the floors are at the same level. What is the way to define different floor heights and to adjust the elevation situation I said. Another question is how do we adjust the shaft gaps in the floor. the gap starts right next to the beam. Since I couldn't quite catch this part, when I get closer to the floor, I see that there is a small piece of flooring between the gap and the beam. I need urgent help. REGARDS...

I solved the problem when creating a floor space by turning on the active capture mode. I would appreciate if there is a friend who can answer my other question. Also, when I make a french balcony with the help of the floor edge in some places, the floor edge divides the beam in that area and as a result of the analysis, I get the error that these beams do not provide shear safety. What is the solution to this problem? .BEST REGARDS...

First of all, thank you for your interest. I have solved the problem I mentioned about the jeans. The part I mentioned is on the back of the building and you will see it when you examine it. When you come to the ground floor ceiling, I tried to design the height of the structure at the back as 3 meters. knows errors. I would appreciate it if you could help me for the beam errors I mentioned in my analysis with the default analysis settings. I am attaching the project here. As I said, it is not fully prepared, this project is a preliminary study. Thank you in advance for your comments and help.
