Hello there; In the Design Rules of Work Scaffolds published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, it is stated that it should comply with TS EN 1994-1-1 for wind loads. Therefore, you cannot work with the speeds of TS 498. If you model scaffolding in the analysis settings - wind loads section of the program, TS EN 1994-1-1 for Open Structures becomes active. From the menu here, you can decide on the coefficients such as cs, cd and the land category of the building. From these data, the program automatically calculates the wind speed.
