Hello, If you set the "valid language for non-Unicode programs" option to Turkish in the region and language settings, the characters will appear correctly. After doing the process, turn off the computer and turn it on. After the system settings are in Turkish, run the program by holding down the left "ctrl + shift" key. In this way, the settings of the program will be reset. Take it easy, good work.
