10 reinforcements thrown into amputations

Hello, When I work with the foundation in the projects I do, in the reinforcement selection section in ampatmans, even though the tick on the 10 gauge reinforcement is removed, it constantly puts ten reinforcements. In general quantity, 60-70 kg of ten reinforcements are obtained. In practice, we use these equipment as 12, but the building inspection companies agree with the laboratory over the idecad quantity report. Since there are 10 pieces of equipment there, they insistently ask for 10 pieces of equipment to the construction site. I cannot arrange these accessories as 12. I'm waiting for your help.
