Working with DWG Architecture as a base

Hello there; When we import the architecture to idecad as a base with dwg, the program starts to slow down. When we block this dwg project and transfer it to the modeling window, there is an intense slowdown. Since we think it is from computer hardware, we have the same problem when we try and install it on a new and powerful hardware. Do you have a suggestion for this?

Re: WORKING WITH DWG Remove objects that you will not use, such as scans, dimensions, plasters, etc. in dwg. Run the purge command before saving the dwg in AutoCAD environment. Have the drawings move to (or very close to) the origin when importing. I think it will be useful.

Related to the subject, we receive some projects, we open 15 mb, there are 7-8 layouts. After the purge command, it decreases to 2 mb. Remove the scans as your friends said. Check the file size too.
