windows 7 ultimate 64 bit ?

I bought a new laptop today and the laptop has windows 7 operating system, I have ide static version 5.511 and I couldn't introduce the hasp.
 
It is normal for ideCAD not to work if you failed to identify the HASP lock. Can you download the Windows 7 compatible HASP drivers from the page below?
