windows 7 appcrash error

When I install the program on my newly purchased laptop, the program closes spontaneously and gives an appcrash error. Genuine windows 7 is installed on the laptop..I wonder if idestatic does not work in windows 7 .or what should I do.

I did what you said but no results. I also researched this subject a lot on the internet.. It is a problem that vista and windows 7 users often encounter in other programs..

Hello Mr. Ahmet, As we talked: Laptop and video card are integrated with the board. There was a problem opening the project. Disabling OpenGl accelerator in General Settings/disabled the problem... Now the program is running...
 
yes the program worked .. but I immediately returned the computer to the place where I bought it and bought a computer with no integrated video card. there is no problem now.
 
Hello, we are using windows 7 x64 home premium. In ideCAD Architecture 5 (Ver 5.511) and ideCAD Static 5 (Ver 5.511) software, the programs are closed with the appcrash problem.

You didn't give any information about your hardware. Intel etc. graphics cards connected to the motherboard are in use However, if your graphics card is not like that, update the card's drivers from its website.If you can't find a solution, you can contact us by voice from the Bursa office.
 
Our video cards are not on the board, we use nvidia video cards. We are using CPU AMD Athlon. we just did the hardware updates. We have 6 licensed users, we are experiencing frequent shutdown problems during the day. 0 232 251 13 95
