Will there be an update to the earthquake regulation?

Re: Will there be an update in the earthquake regulation? They confuse İdecad or equivalent programs with each other (add columns to the ends of the curtain, why semi-rigid diaphragm is selected, why there is no fictitious beam or floor column strip in beamless flooring, etc.) We explain the explanations in the forum, but in vain

Ismail, are you planning to give training or seminars to your control friends in the municipality? They are confusing Idecad or its equivalent programs (adding columns at the ends of the curtain, we explain why semi-rigid diaphragm is chosen, why there is no fictitious beam or floor column strip in beamless slabs etc.) we show the explanations in the forum but in vain
I have come across with the comparisons you mentioned. Some of them are nato head nato marble unfortunately. In the slab We have thousands of engineers who think that the increase in reinforcement (mushroom beam) contributes to the frame effect and think that it is a real beam. The MAJOR REASON for this is that the widely used domestic software has not been able to provide a semi-rigid diaphragm solution for years and therefore needs the formation of the frame, that is, the addition of the mushroom beam with a model. . I used that software for 5 years. some admissions worked up. I believe it will be beneficial for ideCAD to promote in the field, especially in Istanbul. Maybe it's already done.
