Why is the reinforcement not coming out of the beam?

In the project, the K05 beam was also perceived as a console. For beam K05, click Modify / Object Edit / Beam-Foundation / Consoles and select not console option. Analyze. Notes: *It is appropriate to give the same name to the beam parts remaining and divided between the columns. (For example, beams between the columns S08-S09, S12-S13, S14-S15, etc.) *There are slab edges drawn under the beams. (It gives a warning in geometry control) *1. There is no perimeter curtain in the basement. It would be appropriate to define the upper rigid basement floor number as -2 in the analysis settings.
