Why do you think this project was so difficult?

Good work everybody. I have been solving projects for about 7 years. After making small size and direction changes in a few columns after my first design for a long time, my project was being solved. But in this project, I encountered a situation where almost none of the columns were rescued and the reinforcements swelled. The only reason I can think of could be the T-shaped tomorrow basement, but why? We are working day and night due to the parking regulation on June 1, I wonder if I made a general mistake that I can't see, what could be the reason?
