When I right click the mouse it repeats the last command

I am doing a hollow block project. I want to right click on the slab and select typical beam, but when I click slab it repeats the last command. Right click menu does not open. I deleted the program and reinstalled it, but it didn't fix it. Right click menu opens on normal computer. Something about the program but I couldn't solve it. There was no such thing yesterday, it happened today. An engineer friend fiddled with it for a project, I don't know if he made idecad. Can you help me how can I fix it?
