What should I do with the rigid basement floor number? In D02 slabs, although I throw a bow beam, it gives a deflection error.

Hello there; You must enter the rigid basement floor number -2. The arc beams you defined on the D02 slab are incorrectly defined so that they do not support the slab. Delete the spring beams, basically no need for these spring beams. Select the slab thickness as 17cm and select the columns/curtains/beams that support the slab, enter its properties and select the "this column/curtain/beam bears the console slab" option in the static tab. Preferably, change the reinforcement type of the balcony slabs to upper and lower. I am sending the model, which has been edited on the first two floors, in the attachment...
