The weak floor problem is due to the zero calculation of the effective shearing areas of the wall in the 2nd basement floor, since the wall load is not entered in the basement floor. You can calculate and enter the Akx and Aky columns in the Analysis / Floor Parameters / Irregularities tab.

In your project, a basement floor with a height of 1.5 meters is defined. Will the curtains be left empty in the basement floor or will they be filled with earth?
