First of all, I wish you a good evening and good work... For a basement+ground+14-floor project, the basic values are not clearer but the foundation was not designed because the ground safety stress in a Z2 region was not clear yet, so I took Z3 for this project, but in my research I made a solution in izmir istanbul In big cities such as high-rise building regulations, and in embric methods, 0.01 of the surface area is curtain or 0.002 of the construction area (SCREEN RATIO CONTROL-idecadSTATİK, this reporting is available) I ask you for your criticisms and suggestions - should I do a curtain control at the rate of 0.002 (and something here? I noticed that when I throw the project upright in order to throw the axles less, the x and y direction areas are different when I make it horizontal at a 45 degree angle) Naturally, the effects are different because the x and y directions are different, but I am strange, have you had such an incident or do you have the 0.002 ratio check in your projects - accessories (my own opinion) I was tired, so I made 12 in the middle area and the choice was made to be 14, do you think it should be enlarged a bit, that is, is it reasonable to come 18 and 16 from the lower floors and drop them on the upper floors? -There is a curtain in the middle, in the symmetrical part of 45 degrees, and there are hollow balconies on the sides, do you think these should be normal flooring? My opinion is that I am thinking of making changes in the architecture of normal flooring. --As I said at the beginning, I'm waiting for ideas, suggestions and criticism, let those who want to write, don't let the friends who will behave like do not tire their hands... I am just trying to do the right thing and if I am missing, thank you to my friends who are interested in order to make up for it... good work

Of course, it is difficult to comment on such projects without architecture. But I can say that the amount of vertical element is intense. Some of these vertical elements are defined as polygon columns. I don't think this is needed too much. If the polygon is entered with a panel object instead of a column, you will have the opportunity to model it as a shell. I can't say much about ribbed floors, but I think it would be more accurate to design ribs in D58-59 floors perpendicular to the P16 curtain. I think most of the classic upholstery is too thick unnecessarily. As far as I understand, a standard has been reached due to the thickness of the large floors. But this means extra weight and burden to the structure. The upper rigid basement floor number was given as -1 and it must have been -2. 19cm brick wall is visible at all beam loads. Again that means a lot of burden. There are loads such as 0.500 and even 0.250 in live loads. Of course, you chose it according to something, but I could not make a healthy assessment because it was not an architecture. Whereas, in places that look like balconies, it looks like 0.250.

mim project -I tried to explain the incident of curtain 0.002 evaluated as 45degree and horizontally- ->polygon columns stud beam and I did it due to architectural concerns. I thought of making a curtain in the elevator curtain part, but we cannot connect the beam at the curtain ends; cutting errors came out. you're right -> I bought 19 cm of wall loads knowingly, because there may be problems caused by concrete, when the concrete quality is low, in order to complete the construction without any problems by going from the top to safety... actually, there will be less loading on site during the construction phase... ->basement floor -1 will be surrounded by a sub-basement curtain, so it is not fully clear, it is pending, but if there is no curtain, you should take -2 -> there are wall partitions in some places. In these places, we transferred the wall location of .200 to the live load as .350-bedroom+corridor+bathroom - -> I'm thinking of applying tape beams in the hall 45/15 what would your suggestion be? Thank you for your attention, I wish you a good work

3.6.1.2 In buildings whose structural system consists only of shear walls, the thickness of the wall shall not be less than 1/20 of the height of the highest floor in the building and 150 mm, provided that both the conditions given in den 3.14 are met. Denk 3.14 will be applied at ground floor level in buildings with very rigid shears around basement floors, and at the upper foundation level in other buildings. - Equivalent 3.14 control can be relieved if you define a curtain to the basement floor. - Explaining this item in Tdy 2007 in detail is the job of our experienced elders, but is this item an initiative item? -the system looks quite ductile, its deformations are limited -the system can change when it enters the foundation, good work

Sneakers My Suggestions: -Why did you make D52,D61 ribbed? Weight increases. -Ladder modeling is not suitable for the architectural project. (Laying flat does not give correct results.) -Deliver your project with a semi-rigid diaphragm by giving mezzanine beams to the stairs, supporting them. Good luck with. Unver ÖZCAN
