Mr. xalox My Suggestions: 1- Make the upper rigid floor number -2, 2- D29-D30 slab edge line does not divide the console beam, so it gives a slab error, 3- work the ladder and solve it as a semi-rigid diaphragm, 4- check the wall loads, 5- roof 6- If you are going to lower the elevator foundation to a lower level, see the explanations in the forum about this subject.
