(Examine your 3D analysis system, your vault mesh hangs in the air). In such cases, the program gives the coordinates of the point causing the problem in the system solution, and you can see the problem if you examine the relevant place and the analysis model near it from 3 dimensions. In order for the vault to be attached to the beams, you must align its edges with the upper level of the beam. Alternatively, you can define the vault as a distributed load on the side beams, since the vault is not a small and important load-bearing element, it is sufficient to add it to the system as a load rather than dissolving it together with the building.
