Variable curtain section on floors.

Good day, I need to solve a lodging project consisting of B+Z+3 floors. In my project, the height of the basement floor is 5 m, and the height of the ground and normal floors is 3 m due to the elevation difference in the parcel. While designing in this way, the wall thickness in the basement becomes 35 cm due to the relevant article of the tdy (wall thickness/floor height/15). The fact that the curtains are 35 cm and therefore the 7-floor length requirement causes architectural problems on the floors other than the basement. Do you mind if I model the curtains as 35*245 in the basement and drop them to 30*210 on the upper floors? Do you think that the thick and long curtains in the basement floor and the thin and short curtains on the top create a negative effect on the building behavior? In addition, is there any point you would recommend to pay attention to in normal floor designs after such high floors? Note: The building is in the 1st degree earthquake zone.

Hello, It is not a problem to make the curtains thicker in the basements and thinner in the upper floors, as long as these curtains are sufficient statically. If the curtains do not save from axial force or shear force, then the program already shows this situation as inadequacy.
