Unable to access HASP SRM Run time Env.(H0033)

I can't run versions 5.011 and 6.012, the above error message appears. It gives this message even though my own lock, which came to Bursa and came coded, is attached. This lock should not be timed. My project is unfinished, I would appreciate it if you give an urgent response. Suat Yildirim

Hello Mr. Suat, Your lock must not be time-defined. The problem seems to be with the hasp software. There is a communication problem between the hasp program and the lock. 1-) Download and reinstall the hasp software from the link below, the problem can be solved. First uninstall the current hasp program (do not remove idecad static), then install the program you downloaded. You can uninstall hasp software from add and remove programs.

I reinstalled the hasp hl program, it didn't work, but this solved the problem, thank you.

It's probably caused by the firewall program you are using.
