Two questions about the elevator pit

Hello. I want to make an elevator pit for my raft foundation in my project, I looked at the relevant topic in the forum. I did exactly as it was explained there, but I could not provide the floor safety of the raft of the elevator. The superstructure is interactive, I have analyzed it without interaction, it does not save. My ground safety is 10 hours, but I can only bring it up to 11 fractions. I increase the section, I increase the floor space, I increase the floor thickness, I decrease it, it still does not save. what should I do ? Also, for the elevator platform, I add beams and slabs a little higher than the upper level of the normal floor, but these overlap the formwork plan and the floor of the platform seems to work together with the other floors. How can I distinguish it and how can I get a section from this part?
