Two different stiffness and center of mass problems

The program calculates two different centers of mass and stiffness on the same floor. When I assign tiles to the empty place, the problem is solved. But in the architectural project, it is in the style of a gallery space and there is a spiral staircase. How do I solve this problem? I am attaching my project. Thank you in advance for your help

Hi, since the D04 tile is not connected with the other tiles, two different unconnected tiles are formed. If you click the D04 tile and click create static/rigid tile, that tile will be excluded. It has a single center of rigidity. Unver ÖZCAN
