twitching problem when carrying in drawing

I installed idecad static 6.54 on my new laptop. There is no problem in using it, but when moving the elements we choose in the drawing process or cloning, the drawings seem intermittent and slow as if the computer is contracting. I don't understand why. note: the computer specs are high.
 
The problem is due to the Aero feature of Windows 7 being incompatible with the drawing method of ideCAD. Since the graphics cards of laptop computers are weak compared to desktop systems, this is reflected as slowness in the migration process. This problem has been fixed in version 7, until the version is released, you can apply the following method:

enter the advanced system settings from your computer's properties.. if you set the performance settings to "adjust for the best performance", I guess the problem will be solved.

just uncheck enable desktop creation, others may remain.
