Turkish Character Problem

Hello, I bought a new laptop. Since I am in the USA, the laptop has an American keyboard and the operating system is Windows 10 in English. I am using IdeSTATIK 7. In my program, Turkish characters in my old projects and texts within the program have been replaced with other characters. Even though I downloaded Turkish fonts to my computer, I could not get a proper image yet. What should I do? Thank you so much. Halim Kerim Bas, M.Sc.

If you set the "valid language for non-Unicode programs" option to Turkish in the region and language settings, the characters will appear correctly. After performing the operation Turn the computer off and on. After the system settings are in Turkish, run the program by holding down the left "ctrl + shift" key. In this way, the settings of the program will be reset.
