First of all, good evening, for the effect of the infill walls in the new earthquake regulation, 2 formulas are given in Section 4.9.1.3 in the first case, so that there is no gap between the infill wall and the column beam, and if there is a gap in the second, will these options be available in idecad IDS? If so, how accurate and applicable is the detail in 4C.1 suggested by this regulation?

Hello, the connection of infill walls and frame elements made of brittle material to the structure is available as an option in IdeCAD Static 10. According to the selected connection state, Relative Floor Shifts are checked automatically according to TBDY 2018 Equation 4.34a and Equation 4.34b. .
