In such cases, the slab edge should be used instead of the slab gap. When drawing the floor edge, which Yasin says, you should use it as a stud from one beam to the other beam. Otherwise, if you try to make a rectangular area in that region with the slab edge command, you will get the "slab edge beam overlap" warning as you said.
