If you enter data such that the slab edge and the beam's joint point coincide, you will not have any problems. In this example, you will not have any problems with beam K21. Define it by giving it defined from the top, by grabbing it from the lower left corner of S11. If you enter this way, the slab edge will coincide directly with the beam node. Then you need to define K13 from the bottom and extend its end to K21. You must adjust K27 accordingly.
