There is no curtain in the Y direction in your project. Therefore, the y direction appears as a frame.

In order to solve a mixed ductility level system, there must be curtains in both directions and the shear force ratio on the curtains must be above 0.40. (TDY 2007 item 2.5.4)
 
As Ünver said, you don't have any curtains in the y direction in normal snow. Being mixed, you have to put curtains in both directions and the amount of it will force you this time. You will probably experience the shear force problem of the curtains.
