Hello... There is a basement+4 storey building in the attached project. Due to the level difference in the basement ceiling in this building, we only put a curtain on the basement floor. this does not provide curtain cutting safety. what could be the reason for this? And how can this problem be solved?

Hi, If we look at the shear safety report, it is seen that the design shear force of the shear is greater than the "0.22Acfcd" dimension condition. And>0.22Acfcd Curtain ductility level is normal. According to TDY 2007, Ve=2*Vd will be taken. If we look at the end forces of the curtain, we see that the shear force value is 147.2789 tf in G+Q+EY2 loading. Accordingly, the design force Ve is Ve=2*147.2789=294.55 tf. Ve=294.55 >0.22*Ach*fcd=252.01 tf. The condition is not met. Accordingly, you need to either increase the size of the curtain or apply a carrier system change that will reduce the design force. Good work

Hello. A suggestion is at the link below. --B errors left for you, --supporting the ladder and solving it together, --It would be better if you make a raft without foundation. Unver ÖZCAN
