The basement curtain cuts the floors upstairs

Have a nice day friends. When I define a basement curtain in idecad, it cuts the floors on the upper floor, how can I arrange it? Also, when I make a basement curtain, how can I get the starting level of the stairs from the top of the basement curtain?
