TDY ARTICLE 3.4.3.1 CONTROL

When I check item 3.4.3.1 check in the beam parameters and the first option b)12Q at the bottom, the columns that did not give an error before start to give an ab error. However, when I look at the beam expansions, I see that the vertical parts of the longitudinal reinforcements bent 90 degrees meet the 12Q rule. I wonder where the problem is. such as the s3 column on the 1st floor and the s7 columns on the 2nd and 3rd floors
 
Only b>12fi control is not performed in TDY item 3.4.3.1 control. In addition, the conditions a>=0.40*Lb and (a+b)>=lb are also examined. For example, in the S3 column, it gives an ab warning due to the K2 beam. 1fi18 upper left addition is thrown in beam K02. Here the condition a>=0.4*Lb is not met.
