System cannot resolve node error

Hello, You should analyze according to the Semi-rigid diaphragm option, as the stair supports are arranged according to the solution conditions together with the structure and the stair is attached to the flooring.
 
Do we get erroneous results when we determine the support conditions together with the ladder and make a solution and make a fully rigid solution? because that's how we used to do our old projects.?
