In one of my projects, when I make a basic, superstructure interactive solution, some beams are troublesome, but when I remove the superstructure interactive solution, the error disappears, can you tell me why and how I should proceed?
 
When you do not have a superstructure interaction, since the vertical elements are fixed to the foundation, they have to transfer the section effects they have undertaken directly to the foundation. In the base structure interaction option, thanks to the solution of the structure together with the foundation beams; Wall and column lower joint points are balanced with foundation stiffness and moments are shared. As a result of this sharing, your beams in the superstructure are naturally affected and there may be an increase in section or reinforcement demand. G.KÖSE
