Structural system behavior coefficient entered and selected

hello, when I receive a report, I see two different values, the carrier system behavior coefficient entered and selected, and there is a problem in this municipality, how can we fix it. I define it as 8 but the selected 7.51 is displayed. how can i fix this. thanks good work.

The difference between the R and Selected R coefficients you see in the report is due to B1 Irregularity. As stated in TDY 2007 item 2.3.2.3, the program finds the selected R value by multiplying the entered R coefficient by 1.25 and the analysis is made according to the selected R coefficient. You do not need to re-enter the selected R value in Analysis Settings.
