Stiffness in x and y directions in the 2nd basement in floor general settings

Hello. As seen in the image, there is a curtain on the right and bottom of the 2nd basement floor. not in other parts. In this case, I wonder if I will mark stiffness in the x and y directions in the 2nd basement in the floor general settings?

Re: RIGIDITY PROBLEM Additional information; There is no curtain on the floor called the 1st basement floor. Open on 4 fronts. 3rd basement floor is surrounded by curtains on all 4 sides
