Stepped raft foundation design

Hello, I have Half Basement + 6 floors Project, shelter, water tank etc. half basement. Since the project is loaded, I will explain with pictures. +0.15 elevation Basement. -1.00 1st stage raft foundation upper elevation ( 60cm) -2.45 2nd stage raft foundation upper elevation ( 60 cm) My question is; Do I have to define the complete raft and then define the space and define the second raft as described in the forum? Or can I define two different raft edges and create different levels? According to the analysis result; The raft at the -1.00 level gives an As(-) error in the additional reinforcements at the corners in the interior picture (with excessive stress), and most importantly, the marked curtains do not provide cutting safety (I threw the liar in the column but I could cut it locally), I am waiting for your opinions and suggestions on the subject. Respects. Alpaslan

Mr. Unver, the project is in the link below. Flooring will be done at +0.15 level in the area where the level is below. Thank you in advance for your interest.

Hello, It seems that there is no rigid diaphragm (floor) in the basement in your project. it would be appropriate to add the height to the ground floor height and define it as a single floor.Rat borders can be defined separately as in the example project so that RD01 raft is not connected to RD02 at -145 elevation with rigid arms.Good work
