Steel+reinforced concrete system

My system is steel roof, but the load-bearing system is reinforced concrete. My first question would be, should I choose reinforced concrete in my system selection or should I choose only reinforced concrete? My 2nd question is if we add the floor height to the upper elevation, it is 11.00 m, but my normal height is 9.00 meters. There is only one elevator curtain in my system, isn't it a limited system? Also Mdev doesn't save if I choose hybrid system. How should my choices be in analysis?
