Steel Purlin and Cross Problem

Hello, in my attached project, steel lovers did not save what I did. While browsing the forum, it was stated that there was someone else, and it would be fixed with an update, but my hours were wasted until I saw this. I think that bugs in this type of program should be reported to licensed users. To avoid wasting time and fraying nerves. also the attached project was first resolved at 8,504. Added steel floor at 8.61. Although the purlins on the porch in 8.504 did not fail at 8.61, the exact same purlins entered for the first time in 8.61 will be tried again as stated in another title. In addition, while the column can define the steel braces, the roof steel braces cannot be identified. Could this be an error that the program needs to be updated or is it my mistake as a user, I wish everyone a good work.

Hello there; Return at 8.504 to first solve your problems in your project. Then, first create your roof diagonals by deleting the purlins on the roof. Then enter the lovers and make the necessary arrangements. I recommend removing the purlins from the analysis due to the high slope of the roof. Work is currently underway for the new version. Your suggestion regarding the notification of errors in the program to licensed users has been taken into consideration. In this process, your regular review of the forum will help you solve problems. Good work.

Nurgul lady; How do we remove the lovers from the analysis, if we do it this way, will there be a problem in the load transmission?

Hello there; You will not experience any problem in load transmission. You can remove the purple colored purlins one by one from the system while the Select analysis parts command, which is in the 3rd row from the left, is active in the purlin command. If you want to see the differences between including lovers in the system and not in terms of analysis and design in more detail
